Surely this is nonsense?

If the player had good enough potential to play in either this league or the one below it, and similar quality leagues across Europe, then he wouldn't still be in Peru at the age of 21.

Edit: Only thing that seems plausible is Forest buy and then loan to Monza?

That said, the summary of his skill set above looks very accurate. Seems a very tidy player on the ball. What’s not to like if we are scouting young talent like this.

Very low risk/cost, medium/high level reward type move.
