I think he once said, my Dads Forest, so that makes me Forest too. He moved up to Leeds when he was quite young so probably didn't get that attached to us but if your Dad loves a team, it usually follows that you do to!Cairney has often said his family are forest fans but has stopped short of saying he is one himself to be fair. No idea what school he went to etc, most of the Nottingham raised footballers around my age I knew quite a bit about through mutual friends etc but Cairney passed me by.
A really dull club are Fulham, great ground sure but I went a few years ago and it felt like most the home fans were all just nice family people who would be making sure they got home for whatever show Ant & Dec would be hosting that night.
We had a bookshop in Woodbridge, Suffolk and a lad from Calverton came to live in the flat above the shop whilst he served his apprenticeship (not sure what they really call it) at the local solicitors. Nice bloke. He’s a Calverton lad so presumably one round there.
Tiff had a quiet night did he, Di?
Thanks for posting HBB.
Would like to see Forest relegated.
