Think you're right, but that it would be under FIFA's costing system rather than the English one. Perhaps that makes him cheaper? All Google tells me is their fees are fixed whereas domestic ones go to a tribunal if the club's can't agree. Can't imagine this lad is an Oly signing.

The more I read about him the more convinced I am we're signing him for you, simply because he would not play for you anyway for a couple of years and you wanted to have slots available for loans. We don't really need him, we're supposed to sign two more CBs (strangely enough, none from you).
