To nobody's surprise, except for an ignorant few who are currently whipping themselves across their bare backs with a tamarind branch, I am back with another matchday thread. Let's jump right into it...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Teams:

-------------Nottingham Forest------------------------West Ham United

Venue: The Taxpayer London Stadium, Stratford, London.
Kick off: 14:00 12/11/2023
NFFC last 5 games: WLDDD
WHU last 5 games: LLLDW

Now as with last time I will comfort you about our chances (like the Godly character that I am), and talk up our chances while downplaying the oppositions...

Forest positives: Forest are magic on the pitch. Forest are magic off the pitch.
West Ham negatives: Only won 1 of their last 7 League games, tough coming back from that (... ... 😐 ). Oh, and also Forest are magic on and off the pitch.

So there is the minimum knowledge you need to arm yourself with prior to the game. To tide you over, my colleague Alf will be along shortly with a BSFW picture of a hot redhead.

COYR!

Another 3 points would do nicely and aiming for anything less is not showing enough ambition.
We are improving all the time and are more than a match for wes sham.
I want to keep going up the table now let's do it

Tough game against the World Cup and European Cup winners who play in a stadium every f@cker else paid for, it’s going to be a long afternoon I fear.

But not for us, away win 0-7 and wirra birra luck one of ours will kick Zouma reet up the b#llocks.

Why isn't this being played at Upton Park

It's being played at the rightful home of Leyton Orient, the closest club to the stadium that we all paid for
I never saw Forest lose at Upton Park in 6 visits.
Alas-the woeful 4-0 capitulation at the Taxpayer Stadium last season put an end to that record.
I think Sunday will be much tighter with the chance of a positive result.
0-0 or 1-1 for me.

I'm still here Crewton
Off to this one. Last time I went was years ago, a three nil defeat to a McAvenie hat trick.
Hopefully we'll get something, a point before we break would be great.

Hold on, enough of this This week we go there full of confidence, let's win the game and go into the break on a massive high.
