Great performance, not just defensively. Definitely looked like we were ten yards higher up when we had the ball today.

Chelsea weren’t great but if we perform like that on the road, we’ll be a tough nut to crack.

That was the key, for me. Battled, and sat back, but we were a good few yards further up the pitch. It makes such a difference.

And to think, we might have our first XI out after the break.

10-0 to Forest.

I mistyped… meant 1-0.

What a bloody game that was. Everyone did their jobs to perfection. It didn’t feel like against Man U because you knew they would score. Even though Chelsea had a couple of decent chances I thought we contained them brilliantly.

Also did anyone spot the lady who had clearly sneaked Shelvey and his space hopper in under her shirt?

Young Elanga paid a few quid off his transfer fee there👏👏

I actually don't know what to do with myself after that, after yesterdays madness i had mentally pencilled this in as another away defeat that would have us inevitably picking the bones out of it on here, what a result and performance that was! Every single man played for the badge, the levels of concentration and discipline was incredible. The fans keep getting better.

I just can't get enough

Well played lads. Thought defence looked the most comfortable in a game as they have for a long time.

Worrall was excellent and Yates covered everywhere. Elanga was great off then bench, of only he'd passed a couple of times instead of opting to shoot.

Nobody was poor and Turner didn't really have a shot to save.

Points and belief far more important than the performance, esp with the cavalry waiting in the wings.

We did sit back too much though, just as we’ve done every time we’ve taken the lead for about 4 years. And our record in the prem says that rarely works. We were as brave and focussed as Chelsea were average and clueless.

Such an important win but I hope the winning feeling gives them all the confidence to impress themselves on the game as much at one nil as they do at nil nil.
