Thank you very much, Col !!If it helps @MC Plantpot I asked ChatGPT to write an uplifting rap about you and NFFC and this is what it came up with:
(Verse 1)
Yo, gather 'round, let me spin a tale so neat,
'Bout MC Plantpot, sproutin' beats to the beat.
From the Forest of Nottingham, where dreams take flight,
He grew with roots of rhythm, pure dynamite.
Representin' the green, just like the Forest's crest,
Plantin' rhymes so fresh, puttin' doubts to rest.
In this concrete jungle, he's a flourishing vine,
With lyrics so fertile, they blossom and shine.
(Chorus)
MC Plantpot, in the spotlight's glow,
Nottingham Forest, where legends grow.
Roots deep in music, branches to the sky,
His rap game's fire, reaching oh so high.
(Verse 2)
In the heart of the city, where the legends play,
MC Plantpot's rhymes bloom day by day.
Like Forest's history, rich with glory untold,
His verses unfold, a story to behold.
From the Trent's flowing waters to the mic he grips tight,
Spittin' words of hope, pure delight in the night.
In Sherwood's spirit, he finds his strength and flair,
Craftin' verses so tight, makin' haters beware.
(Chorus)
MC Plantpot, in the spotlight's glow,
Nottingham Forest, where legends grow.
Roots deep in music, branches to the sky,
His rap game's fire, reaching oh so high.
(Bridge)
In the land of Robin Hood, he's the lyrical king,
With beats that make your soul dance and sing.
From the City Ground to every corner street,
MC Plantpot's rhymes, a poetic feat.
(Outro)
So here's to the Forest and MC Plantpot's might,
In this rap game, they both shine so bright.
Wherever they roam, whatever the quest,
Nottingham's spirit, in them, will forever invest.
If the PGMOL have any professional integrity we shouldn’t even need to appeal, they’ll take upon themselves to act.If forest don't appeal the second yellow, they are mad........enough said
News item from 25 December 2023 -If forest don't appeal the second yellow, they are mad........enough said
That was a good game. One of the best games I have been to was 3-2 against Southampton, but it wasn't that game.
It was this. At Wembley too.
Indeed they would. If it was a goal that VAR was checking for offside they would have found an angle, to the nearest millimeter!
I don't think you can appeal yellow cards, only straight reds.If forest don't appeal the second yellow, they are mad........enough said
That was a good game.
It was also the one where that thug Hurlock said he was going to take out Pearce, and true to his word the dirty bastard did. I remember the "tackle" which did Pearce's knee ligaments resulting in him missing the league cup final the following week.
Your first word is the flaw here.If the PGMOL have any professional integrity we shouldn’t even need to appeal, they’ll take upon themselves to act.
This is true. Amazing how so many think you can.I don't think you can appeal yellow cards, only straight reds.

I don't remember that. When was it? I do remember Peterborough and the Simod Cup.

I think it’s just the fact it is so ludicrous that you can’t. Obviously appealing a yellow for something and nothing is one thing but appealing one that lead to an unjust red that has affected a game already and leads to a player missing another game they don’t deserve. It potentially could lead to further punishment down the line as well as if he gets sent off again doesn’t he get further punishment depending on his previous red car record? This is true. Amazing how so many think you can.
Just watched the bits I missed yesterday - what a f***ing joke of a refereeing performance. Set the tone early with the Williams 'foul'. Twat.
Tough on the lads who dug in well when they went down. Though Bournemouth moved the ball well and the difference was (sending off aside) their focal point is fit and their tails are high.
Decent start from Nuno all things considered.
Defensively I think it's just as much the CBs are suffering from a lack of confidence in their keeper alongside the unsettled back line. We'll get that right, though probably not in this quick turnaround...We were actually very positive with 10 men even at 2-2 we had them rattled. If anything had we been a little more cautious and put more men behind the ball and sat deeper we may have got a draw.
We dug in really well I do feel the difference as well was our inability to mark defenders - we have done this all season we mark space not men and don't follow players when they move. This is a simple coaching a hangover from the Cooper regime. Or is it players not listening to coaching. Its impossible to know which it is.
We were very unlucky - the sending off meant the crowd really got behind the team more so. A tough one to take.
I wonder if a club could "ban" an official. Inform the official bodies that he has been banned from all club establishments, but it has to be based on several poor performances. Jones would be a good candidate.Rob Jones also cost us at Man United by giving Rashford that dodgy penalty , the guy is either bent or just not up to the job

Post Jan break will be interesting times.
No doubt a goalkeeper of Navas' quality and experience improves things.I do think if Navas is in goal the organisation skills he would bring would make them feel a lot more confident.
I don't think it's going to be very easy to sign players who are guaranteed to be better than what we've got. It's worrying that all of the bottom three gained ground on us yesterday.
This January transfer window is going to be huge. We don't need loads of players, but the ones we get need to be ones who will improve the starting 11. We need quality not quantity. If we fail in this, we're going down.

I can't see anyone with proven quality wanting to join us.I don't think it's going to be very easy to sign players who are guaranteed to be better than what we've got.
Just seen that Chris wilder is doing his nut about the blunts team being leaked on the morning of games - vowing to clamp down on who knows it etc
Didn‘t see our team anywhere online ahead of the game yesterday, did anyone else?
