Mr Reliability in the village (a.k.a. "Big Dave") has been told by his ITK source at the WFCG that Nuno is desperate to leave NFFC.
Apparantly, he was not told there was any risk of FFP issues, and was told that the expectation was mid-table this season.
Of course Big Dave was reliably informed Chris Wood was out for the rest of the season.

I'm reliably informed that Big Dave's ITK source are the pixies that live in EM's beard.

How reliable has he been in the past?

"Nottingham Forest Are Premier League"
The Nuno Espirito Santo Rolling Scorecard 23/24 edition

Brighton 1-0 Forest

A rank bad performance pretty much across the board as Forest meekly succumbed once again on their travels.

Questions surrounding selection were legitimate, alongside valid complaints surrounding officiating, but the root cause of this one was collective lack of character. A dreadful first half included yet another poor goal conceded, but it was fair on balance and could have been worse as Forest reverted to the same failings that have repeatedly undermined our season and wrecked any possibility of the desired move toward the mid-table pack.

There was an improvement after the break with some good chances created, but once again composure in front of goal deserted us as we failed to test an opposition who surely had very little left in the tank at that point.

In terms of overall application and end product, travelling Reds were simply mugged off in this one. Simply not good enough and miles from an acceptable standard. Luckily, the lads have the opportunity to swiftly make amends.

Nuno cards a bogey to fall back to +3 par on The Rolling Scorecard.

Trend (last 6 games): d, L, W, l, L, l.

I'd hazard a guess Jesus of Nazereth himself would struggle to get anything. Isn't Big Sam available?

Sigh.

Could it possibly be Nottingham Forest where the fault lies? Chris Hughton came here highly respected and got Brighton punching above their weight and what Nuno achieved at Wolves was exceptional. They both come here and they're dogshit. Why oh why?

Seems to be a disconnect between the fans and Nuno.
Does not help when we have 1 win in 12, barely scrapped past lower league teams in the cup and we can now point to multiple managerial mistakes in games.

I think his only saving grace is the poor ref decisions we have had against us otherwise EM would be very twitchy.
The fans kept Cooper in, Nuno does not have that support, Nuno will be dismissed by the Big Man without second thought you’d imagine.

Didn't take a genius to work out he'd never have it unless we went on a crazy sustained run.

Arrogance from the owner to think there was more upside potential from changing the manager than there was downside risk.
