I will never understand what NES was f***ing around with by playing a full strength team against Blackpool and Bristol. When we didn’t beat them, it frustrated large parts of the fan base, and knocked our confidence on the pitch.
We’d just come off the back of beating NUFC and MUFC and things were on the up. Terrible management and we’ve been rubbish ever since.

I don’t think we’ve improved sufficiently under Nuno. There might be a few areas of the pitch where he’s made us look more threatening but the fundamental mistakes still remain.
Desperately been wanting it to work for him, but the results aren’t happening. Given that we’ve realistically only got 3 games left to get points, I wouldn’t be surprised if Marinakis makes a rash decision.
Cooper had run out of ideas and he was getting bogged down with it, but the whole point of sacking Cooper was to avoid the very position we now find ourselves in.
A terrible week for the club.

When Nuno was appointed I posted that I doubted he would stand for meddling and would walk.
Now, i think whether or not there is meddling, he won't walk... he will wait for the decision to made for him, pick up his compensation and ride off into the sunset come the end of the season...

I know it'll never happen, and the ship has sailed etc, but if I was the owner I'd be on the blower now to Stevie Cooper and apologising profoundly, offering him whatever wages he wants, and get him back in for next season. There is literally no better manager to get us out of the championship, because that's where we're going.

Cooper was done. His last few games could tell you that. So the next manager in was meant to move us up a level. I don't think Nuno has done that. I'm questioning more & more of his decisions week by week. Not sure he is the right man for the job anymore.

Yup. Cooper was a far better manager than Marinakis deserved.
I'd hate to see him put through having to endure the Greek mismanagement which he did before again though. Nuno has a bit longer in him before it burns him out.
