Pre Season Friendly....
Nottingham Forest v Leeds Utd.
Pirelli Stadium, Burton On Trent.
Kick Off 7-45.

No match thread for this one, very little mentioned of this in the Pre Season thread, so I thought I'd get this bogger up and running before it's too late.

Bamford to score a double hattrick, then let them down as usual when the proper footy starts.

I assume Gnonto's coming back on our bus?

I fear that unless he scores at least a brace, he will be surplus to requirements in the eyes of the forums black cloud.

I suggest we sell him now, cash out

Shelvey has done a cracking job so far pre season mate.
Oh, I agree.
But do you think he is really ready for big games?
Notts County was a walking football game; the 2 games in spain were hardly competitive (apart from the diving competition).
Tonight will be his first real test...
I'm not sure that he is big game ready.

They have to be blooded at some point mate, all good experience. Not many options otherwise anyway.

As well ad the new guys, hoping to see some minutes for those players who so far haven't featured tonight - Scarpa looked to be in full training the other day so perhaps he might get half an hour or so... Richards would be a step too far surely?

I'm not sure we can class a friendly against Leeds as a big game but the lad looks like he'll make a decent career for himself
