Fulham see sending Ruiz to Forest on loan as an 'investment'. A dozen goals in a promotion winning season for Forest and Ruiz stock goes up considerably, to the point Fulham get paid the 5-6 million they are looking for.

It's just like painting our house before putting it on the market, innit.

Fair enough. Based on his Newcastle career you would have a point. Ruiz would be an amazing signing though.

However if he was going to a Champ club id say Derby was more likely given the Schteve connections.
