That looks like John Squire artwork, he did all the covers for the Stone Roses albums.

If the leaks are true im a big fan of this! I like the Germany kits too but its a shame that Adidas seem to have released/be releasing the exact template for loads of national teams.

I'm not offended by it at all but I don't see the point in it. If you want to rep the flag, just stick the flag on. It didn't need a 'playful update' and what they've done looks a bit shit as well.
