Another great addition to what is already a very solid team behind the scenes, foundations are in place now. This transition has been long overdue but we're finally running the club with the right people in the right places, and with a long term vision that will provide stability and (hopefully) success. Best position the clubs been in, looking forward to where this direction takes us

I think it also suggests that SC has no intention of having his head turned by the likes of Everton or anyone else at least over this season and the next-he’s gradually getting his team
