This Neil Shipperley one is another good one with Forest interest. I was an apprentice at the time he was with us and I never knew he received such a hammering from our supporters, maybe I was just in my own little world.

A block regulars of the time probably won't like what he has say.

Edit: Doesn't matter, it is about 1hr in. He really doesn't like us does he.

I don't remember him getting that much abuse, I just remember that whole season being deflating. Maybe he is just hyper sensitive.

Also, how the hell is he only 44, he looks at least half of that on top again.

That bloke is an absolute f*** nugget. I believe he and Chris Brown the Geordie lad had a right ding dong a few weeks after.

You could see Browny thought he was an absolute twat during the interview and was pushing the questions to try and highlight what a bellend he is.

Brilliant series though, there have been some corkers and nearly every one is really good. My personal favourites are Mark Crossley and Dean Windass.

Compared to Dougie, who was the other forward, Shipperly did get a lot of shit. All of it justified.

Replacing Van Hooijdonk and Campbell with Shipperley and Freedman was a low point. We bought Palace's front line and surprisingly they were just as shit for us.
