These addons are weird.
Could they not lead to a conflict of interest, with Wolves possibly getting alot of money for Forest finishing in the top 10? Probably not in reality, but in principle?

Like everything, value is based on what someone’s willing to pay. MGW presumably worth more to Forest due to relationship with SC and the need for a set piece taker and versatile #10 who he can develop.
A bit like a collector might pay thousands for a classic Capri but many people consider it overpriced and not worth it. Sort of.

Hopefully he’ll turn out to be a classic worth even more rather than a dud sold at auction for a fraction of the fee paid.

Potentially yes.

The selling club is playing the last match of the season against the buying club and stands to gain £Xm if the buying club avoids relegation.

I hope he does great and turns out to be worth twice what we paid for him. What worries me is that we are Nottingham Forest and have a very long history of turning great prospects/great prospects turning into turds. That said I'm sure that the current setup are much better than that!

Doesn’t sound particularly realistic that and it would require some element of time bounding on the last two. I’d imagine it’s more longer term than that with league position being banded rather than simply avoiding relegation. Europe may even feature.

😆 Apologies for any offense caused mate. I just try and keep things casual/light hearted and speak how I would to my mates off camera! I understand it's not everyones cup of tea which is absolutely fair enough and I fully respect that.
