He's 19.

Played at England U16-U19 so maybe he's already been scouted a few times by SP and staff.

He's been playing since he was 17, an age were most of our youngsters are nowhere near the first team. A lot of those appearences will be 5 minute sub appearences too. To write him off based on stats is idiotic.
