Forest looks like a decent side this year, so expect to be run ragged in midfield and torn a new one down the middle. If North End can offer something going forward, then it may give Forest something to think about, but this is the biggest challenge of the season, for North End.
They beat Fulham at their place last week and thrashed the shaggers (their term for Derby) mid week. I’m not confident about this one especially if he plays Maguire up front. A point would be a decent result.

Harrop could have been carded for a late challenge in the first half, but the ref opted just to talk about it. It's good to see willingness to get stuck in, but he needs to work on his timing.
And a couple of silly pushes in the back too. no problems with the yellow from me.

I'd have settled for a draw before the started but we deserved more.

Completely undeserved, first chance they’ve had all game, and it was offside.
In fairness their manager has far more quality at his disposal from their bench. It's changed the game a bit, bringing on a 13 million pound midfielder and someone as experienced as Adomah.
Doesn't help when we have 6 out.
If the table was in order of points per £million, we’d be right up there.
They won at Fulham midweek. They're not a bad side. Over 90mins it sounds about evens which isn't too bad.

We've potentially drawn to an off side goal they should've been down to 9 men and we've restricted Forrest to very little.

Thought we played very well second half. Didn’t create a lot but dominant defensively. End of the day a £15m CAM has played in a £30k per week winger, who was offside for their goal. Pearson unreal today, another set of fans wondering why their midfield had an ‘off day’ Fully deserved 3 points but in the end 1 isn’t bad against a Forest side who will be up there come the end of the season.
Also worthy of note is how many fouls they committed as well as the amount of cards they got.
Not sending off whoever put in that shocker of a tackle on Pearson (and then giving the free kick the wrong way!) was yet another terrible decision by an inept referee in Geoff Eltringham. Forest fans are calling us cheats! Shows how little they know about football.
Definitely should have been down to 9 at the end of the game. Ref totally bottled it. Probs wouldn't have made a difference to the result but would've been a fair reflection on their lack of discipline.
If we could play Adomah and Grabban up front every week with our midfield I'd be creaming myself.
Forest got into the game second half but we stopped them creating clear cut chances and we did spend some time in their half. Would need another look to see if they were offside for the effort that was given a goal.
In the most part that was a great performance but too many square pegs in round holes.
Think every fan would have taken a point prior to KO today, the only real annoyance was how we totally dominated the first half again, and got pegged back again, except this time we weren’t dire second half. Thought second half forest shaded it but first we more than shaded it.
Forest scored from their only real chance all game, haven’t seen again but sounds potentially dubious for offside. Think its far to say we managed a good team very well indeed today and possibly ought to have got all 3 points.
It was Sow who took Pearson out with a dangerous challenge just after he’d been booked for going through the back of DJ. Incredibly he gave Forest the free kick. He was going to let him off for the first challenge until the fourth official told him it was a yellow card offence.
In the first half he gave a Forest a free kick when everyone in the ground could see Browne had been fouled, not once but twice. He also missed a blatant foul on Rafferty on the corner of the box near the end.
Who else thought a team of 3 defenders and 7 midfield players would out play Forest away and deserve to win, but for a dubious off side goal?
They said on the radio he (Browne) was tracking his man and played their scorer onside.

Just watched their goal back and both players are definitely offside. Closest of ours is Browne and he is half a body back from Adomhah.
Loved being in the same end as the Forest fans, always adds to the atmosphere sharing an end.
Great away day is forest, good away end and decent boozers close by.
Controlled the entire first half.*A point away at Forest with last season's top scorer at right back, a right winger at CF and our third choice RB at LB is a good point, regardless of the fact we could've been out of sight at half time.
