We’ll probably lose, like practically every other team in the division would tomorrow.

The important thing is for everyone not to completely lose their shit as a result of it. Fans and players alike.
We definitely can't use this game as a marker for anything other than atmosphere, that's for sure.

If we somehow get a point or a win, then that could provide a real springboard to push on for the end of the season.

As many others have said, it's only 11 Vs 11. We have to believe anything is possible, however unlikely.

What's amazing is that this will make some posters more angry than happy, because it contains Steve Cooper. 😆

But for me that vid is just lush. Pure Cooper-era magic.
It's honestly one of my favourite forest moments up there with Luton littlewoods Cup (my first final) sheff u semi the good one playoff final not sure it will ever beat Peterborough away though.
I will never forget turning to my son and saying f*** me how loud is that and yes it defines completely what Cooper brought but its fine the want it all nowers hounded him out I include the owners in this but they have more of an excuse as they pay the bills and we will never in my opinion have anything as good again possibly football wise we might but we will never have what we had through the Cooper times it was magical I've not really moaned about it too much since he left as frankly what's the point but people should be gutted about what we lost because no other team in this country had what we had

I was slightly encouraged by hearing Chris Sutton (yes, I know) challenging Martin Keown's clear implication on Football Focus that we will "roll over" tomorrow. Keown wasn't singling us out particularly, but expressing that they are such in awe of Man City that most teams do. Without in any way suggesting that we'll get something, Sutton thinks we're capable of giving them a game at the CG.

Given that we weren’t embarrassed by Arsenal or Liverpool at the City Ground this year there
must be a possibility of that happening,Otis.

Well Luton lost and Bloody Manchester United let Burnley get a point in the 87th minute presenting them with a penalty.

Completely convinced we are going to be given an absolute gimme, soft as shit penalty when we are 3/4 down when it means squat just so PGMOL and Neville (if he removes his mouth from their teat for long enough) can use it to brush our complaints aside.

100% this.

We aren't favourites for this obviously, but I don't think we can write off our home games (especially given how bad we are away from home!), regardless of the opposition.

Even a point tomorrow would be absolutely massive.
I don’t think anyone on here is writing it off, people are being realistic though, and your last sentence says the same.

Will be interesting to see if the players are though…way too often we just stand off and look in awe of the bigger teams

Would love Arsenal and Forest wins tomorrow.

Not only would it give us three valuable, unexpected points but it would ruin SKY's 'exciting run in' for both top and bottom of the table.

C'mon Forest, stick a big middle finger up to SKY tomorrow. Ruin their party!

Remember when Wardy bowled the ball out to Goater's feet just after we'd scored.
