Good performance Subs a bit suspect Dom livened up the attacking midfield a bit imo should of started instead of Reyna..Poor side yet another goalkeeper costing us points, I was going to be critical bout the first but the second was fooking rubbish. First thing we should do is scout for a goalkeeper who isnt a shitbag.

51 points dropped from winning positions, thats why we'll go down if we do. Any game thats close we are incapable of winning, we have to be massively better than the opposition to get a win. We've got some great young players, we play pretty good football, but we just can't win games.
This is why the sangare signing is so disappointing. If we had a top drawer midfield general then we’d be in a very different position. Two young CB’s doesn’t help either (although they are both quality).

Point won... Disappointing given we were in a winning position, though did well to come from behind and get ourselves there...

Still have the feeling that the Everton match will be the defining one.
Yeah, cool, Forest can‘t defend set pieces for shit, against a team whose primary attacking tactic is, well, set pieces.

Righto.

Finishing 17th is never any fun for anyone. We pulled a point away today, and have three of the bottom five to play still.

Not the win we all wanted, but I don't think it's a disastrous result.

It's a bad result but it's not game over.

I had us drawing vs Everton, so if we turn that one into a win then we're back on par.

Same thing sort of happened last season with draws vs Everton and Wolves when we all thought we needed those to be wins. It's not terminal, just means needing to convert a different game.

Difference between last season is there's nearly half the amount of games left available to us as last season. We'll lose to Man City, then there's only 4 games left, not 6 or 7.

Dominguez has to seal a starting slot with that performance. Him n Danilo could be very dynamic.

Be positive!!

A draw against a team 17 points and 6 places in front of us is not a bad result.

Should have been 3 points, sounded like we dominated them but a point gained against those closely below us.

Set pieces are such a weakness.

Not toooooo bad.
As I said we struggle to beat everyone though. So we can’t just let it drift and say ow well they are better than us. It’s just been indicative of our season. Our performances under cooper against Burnley and Sheff U were so so poor and really that was a sign to come. We are a very poor side. We may stay up but this side are just perpetual strugglers

Defending set pieces has been our downfall all season.

Can’t see when we’ll win again.

Our results against the bottom half teams has been dismal so I can’t see where the hope comes from now for the away games.

Then we have two home games where we’re unlikely to win.

Any hope? Surely Luton are going to grab another 4-6pts from there’s?
I still think we will out-point Luton

Oh. Oh, you sweet summer child.

A team who simply cannot defend against set-pieces, against a team whose primary offensive weapon is, well, set-pieces.

As the Firing Squad leader in Blackadder Goes Forth once said, „Well Sir, I‘ve got to admire your optimism“.

Dyche is going to shithouse Forest to death.

Hammered them really but what's the point if you concede basically every time you're attacked?
Exactly.
We are playing well enough. I can see a stalemate at Everton and all is not lost by any means.
8 goals ahead of our challenger.

In isolation that's not a bad result, I'd have been happy with it in fact had we beat either Palace or Luton.

But we didn't and, with our away record, I just can't see us getting much out of the remaining games, only the odd few points.

I think staying up now largely rests on Luton getting battered, and their home games are all very winnable. So it doesn't look good.

It's not very often I agree with Jamie Carragher, but when he says "I love Divock Origi....but he's not a footballer", I think he's onto something.

But it's not over yet.
