I would be tempted, in Nuno's shoes, to adopt a well-tried Warnock tactic with players, and bring back Sangare alongside Dominguez, with Ryan and Danilo being on the bench.
The warnoch tactic was to tell an underperforming superstar player that he would keep on picking him, and the fans would keep on jeering him, until he decided to play to his abilities.
Sangare had a stinker last time out, and was hooked at half-time (probably 15 minutes too late), and many fans were expressing their displeasure at Sangare's poor performance.
Nuno should tell him: you are going to play, week in week out and the jeering will stop when you start to give 100%.
Is that a 9 high you have in your Brag hand Captain? I really can't tell - but I'll fold.

That was Adel Taarabt. Apparently when Warnock first arrived at QPR, he asked at training "who's the lad with the gloves on" and everyone said stay away from him, he'll get you the sack. Warnock went over and said "everyone tells me you'll get me the sack, well you're starting on Saturday and if you're shit, I'm gonna start you the week after and if you're shit again I'll start you the following week and I'm gonna keep playing you until you're performing".

Built his team around him and flew.

As a committed opponent of gambling, I don't really understand what a 9 high is, but i thought your reply to my post was very funny.
(What is a 9-high, and is it good? Asking because I have been invited to play in the village poker school tomorrow night).

I'm like you captain, I've got zero interest in gambling, I've probably spent £50 in the last 20 years. I was told though that in poker you can be successful in your first games if you barely know how to play because it's impossible for the other players to read you. If you don't know what you've got then the others definitely don't . Some logic in there

I can't wait for the midlands VARby. 2-1 Forest with outrageous officiating causing fans on both sides to spontaneously combust.

Good point, to be fair, they may have had more shit decisions than us against the big 6. Get Sels on special taking out of their centre forward training as apparently it’s legal.

Mood update : I've got an impending sense of doom I'm afraid. We are good enough to win this game but I just don't think we will. We need to start to put some daylight between us and Luton sooner rather than later because I think they have the stones and the fight to get the results they need but I honestly don't think we do ... and the later we leave it the more chance there is that we fail to deal with the growing pressure and implode while Luton pick up the few meagre points they will need to overtake us.

Wolves haven't really recovered from their FA Cup exit to Coventry in that amazing flurry of late goals.

Definitely an opportunity for all three points.
This is bang on.

I'd have taken a draw here if we'd have beaten either Palace or Luton, but that's no longer a good enough result as away from home we've only 3 Prem wins in 2 seasons, so cannot be relying on the Burnley or Sheff U games.

Wolves have conceded 6 in their last 3 away games so, like Fulham, they come to us vulnerable at the back and there for the taking.

Definitely a harder task than Fulham or West Ham, but also nowhere near an impossible one.

This is our best chance for 3pts this season now IMO, we simply have to take it.

I’m afraid I’m starting to feel the same.
I just think Luton have more fight for a relegation battle than Forest-something that can be
vital in a ‘dog eat dog’ scrap.
I’ve got this horrible feeling that we’ll look back rueing those dropped points against Luton
and the FFP deduction.
I just hope we can win on Saturday to raise my spirits.

Aye Cloughie....those dropped points (home and away) against Luton will bite us on the @rse.
