Brighton are everything that we aren’t- and have a clear identity and playing template and a squad that then reflects and enhances that. If they have 6 players out, generally like for like players can come in and understand the job. We continue to be searching and scrambling round for this. I was only listening today but Brighton had just kept ball for a min or 2 which resulted in pressure on our goal. From goal kick Murillo had ball, launched it over Woods head back to their keeper!! It’s amateurish and at times embarrassing. Let’s hope for a positive next week!

For Luton it’s got to be

Sels

Williams
Boly
Murillo
Aina (Toff if Aina unavailable)

Sangare
Domingiez

CHO
MGW
Elanga

Taiwo

If we’re not up for it Luton will turn us over. In fact I’d make them favourites for it.

Is Nuno a better manager than Steve Cooper? I really don't think so. He gave us a bit of a bounce, but it's worn off very quickly. We have the same fearful approach to games, the same abysmal coaching of the basics of defending and attacking set pieces, the same sometimes baffling selections. And to be honest I'd still prefer to have SC in our corner for the relegation battle run-in.
It's stupid, of course, to talk of sacking Nuno -- we just have to hope that he can get it right next week and for the vital run of games that follows. But at the moment, that's more hope than expectation.

The difference is somehow I knew last year we weren't getting relegated this year I have the total opposite feeling this f***ing points deduction isn't helping I only blame ourselves but the f***ing time it takes just ruins the season for the only people who's fault it certainly isn't the fans how hard can it be to come up with a f***ing number of points it really has ruined this season whoever in the club made the decision to say f*** it needs to answer to the fans in the stands
I know it sounds mad but I think the points deduction hanging over us is definitely having an effect. You could argue it changes nothing and we should be always trying to win every game etc. but it's just not how uman beans work.

We should get some clarity of the task at hand this week. The club needs to fully reset once they know where we stand and come out swinging for the run-in. I honestly think knowing our true points total will have a positive effect.

I'm not getting in a Cooper nuno debate as it's pointless now but I do believe if the ownership had just trusted Cooper instead of purposely unsettling the ship to turn the fans and make his position u tenable then we would be in a better position but its done now

How long is Tavares out for? Need him back and have Aina at right back. Bring Boly back in for Luton. We need all the big guys in next week.

We will still beat Luton next week.

If we lose we deserve to be relegated, people can say that Luton battle but they’ve been in the bottom 3 all season for a reason and that’s because they’re shite.
Im willing to bet £100 to charity that Luton roll us over next week.

I'll give you the draw as well.

I disagree numerous times he would win the ball back wiggle through a challenge and set us going forward he was one of the constant good performers in my eyes at the start of this season
Nah, he never made a progressive pass in his time here.

Great bit of business fobbing him off for a profit.
