Reyna (LW) and Sels straight into the XI for me.

Taiwo and Elanga to start if fit.

I'd put Danillo and Dominguez in the midfield two.

You could buy a ticket on the day when we played them in League 1 (I went there 3 times
and never saw us win).
Funny how long time fans like us have difficulty getting tickets now,Steve.
The only good thing if we did go down would be being able to get away tickets again. I know the promotion season was difficult but generally the only game that was tight for an away ticket was Derby, even that was quite easy some years.

Aye... at least the plastics and the day trippers will be long gone. Every cloud and all that...

Cant stand this team
I put them on the same level of dislike I have for
Brighton
Brentford
Fulham

They will beat us
I can already feel that hole in my stomach that I get whenever we play these teams

I was going to try to get to this game with a neutral supporting friend. Bournemouth don't sell tickets on general sale. Only on a points system which to gain a point you have to watch a game amd for the first game you cannot watch the first team, only the reserves, ladies or fourth.

Utterly mental.

Good way of sorting the real fans from the day trippers in my opinion that is.

It might be slightly more difficult because they have opened the away membership scheme to too
many people in my opinion (many who weren’t interested in the Championship).
But generally I agree-if we are relegated many of the glory seekers and hangers on will disappear.

But that glory hunting 8 year old making his dad take him to his first PL game is the hardcore fan of the future.

There has to be a balance to it all.

You have to remember their ground holds 11,300 max.
Take away 10% for the visiting supporters leaves 10,000 home tickets.
Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch is 400,000 (it is one of the most densely populated connurbations in the country).
They have the 6th most expensive season ticket prices in the Prem.
They put a cap on the number of season tickets, so the match day demand is massive, hence the need to have some form of allocation system that reflects fan loyalty.

I still think it will be difficult in the first year or two after, especially if we come back up or are within touching distance. But will be far easier, especially with a lot of midweek games.

Yes-it’s a great shame the capacity and state of the City Ground is unsuitable for Premier League
football due to decades of mismanagement.
I was mainly talking about away tickets (very few 8 year olds travel away). The away membership scheme
has been opened up to too many people (after the club promised it would be capped at 4600 for
this season).

I have the answer.

Relegation to the Championship. We sort out ticketing to the hard core fans and those whose records go way back.

Then we gain promotion and we have our fanbase, hardcore, long records and even those who know all the words to ancient chants.

Living in Bournemouth, Southbourne, (I'm a forest fan 55 years and counting), and would like to go to see the cherries, but can't get a ticket ground expansion planned for 18000 absolute joke nobody ever gets a ticket, afraid a bit of a joke club imop.
I looked at hospitality tickets for the Forest game £350, er no thanks you, pity I would loved to have gone but hey Bournemouth is run like a corner shop.

Brilliant answer to the diversity question.
I thought so too. The fact that people are banging this drum about black managers in the game and they are pushing for equal numbers is insane. It doesn't take into account that many ex black players have no desire to manage nor the population percentages.

I'm all for equal opportunities, but the push is beyond that, they're seeking equality of outcome which is madness. Meritocracy and equal opportunity is what it should be.

I believe things start out with good intentions but they always overreach, probably down to a lot of these things always becoming hijacked by self interest groups and individuals.

I'm glad he mentioned the meritocracy element

Chris Sutton, yet again, tipping us to lose this.

I genuinely can’t think of a time he’s predicted us to win. The degree to which he’s down on Forest as a Nottingham lad borders on the unimaginably ridiculous. Is he a Sadpie?
Maybe it's just a case of being harder on your own... like the homegrown players seem to get more stick than otherwise when things go wrong...
