Mark Warburton Sacked

The only way this can work is If they employ me.

My staff would be
Robbie, we mostly agree on tactics
Barry, someone to beast the players
Chris, sort out the defense

Oh and Flagman can be my comms man, he's good at telling other clubs to f*** off.

Right now I'd take Oscar Garcia.

He did well in Red Bull.

But I forgot of another Spaniard: Javi Cracia. Ernesto Valverde thought very highly of him, and he came to Greece to work for very small clubs where he was successful immediately. He returned to Spain, promoted Almería, then worked for Osasuna and Málaga. He did poorly in Rubin Kazan, but Marinakis really respects the opinion of Valverde, and I always thought that Gracia would one day work for us.

Funny thing is, another thing Randall kept driving is they needed a manager and players who knew the league after learning of Montanier and co's failures.

Do they really expect to bring in a foreign manager with the current core squad and then add more foreigners to it where the odd's are against you. Bouch is a decent player but did you see the Sunderland players hunt him down the minute he got the ball as he wanted too much time on it ?

I suppose Karanka is the obvious choice now. But don't give a shit right now.

This is sounding very bad. I’ve got a feeling we’re going down now. Millions of £ of young talent is going to get sold on the cheap. MW shouldn’t drag that scouse twat around with him, he’d still probably be in a job..

I’ve just been on there. I’m sure a few are pleased we lost yesterday.
I hope you gave them hell, mate. I read there was disagreement over bringing in young players? If there's one thing we should be doing is bringing in more old players on big wages.. I really really hope they have someone lined up. Otherwise we'll slip deep into a relegation battle

You know what mate, neither do I.

There was a short while after Warburton's appointment and getting our new owners when there was a general agreement and even optimism on this forum. Wonder when we will get this again?

Have a word with him GBG, tell him Garcia will do, he knows this league and he's Iberian so boss man will be happy. Best of both worlds.

No thanks, you only get stat redundancy if you've worked for your employer for two years now.

Last owner and entourage had no brain, new owner and entourage have no balls. We only need a new owner who hasn't got a heart and it'll be like the Wizard of f***ing Oz.

The squad needs quality the last thing we need are youngsters from the spl. It's just not the right strategy, the ironic thing now is if Warbuton had took there offer of more proven not necessarily older players he could have got us purring I feel. What I saw when I watched us is a decent way of playing but just a complete lack of quality all over the pitch. If you up the quality and keep the style I feel it would have been awesome.

I'm just being honest if Warbuton turned to me and said that the players we have are good enough as a chairman i would have been worried.
