Still think it's a short-term solution.
Cohen was very good as one of the three behind the lone striker in Davies' last spell.
Since Cohen has come back he has shown a burst of acceleration which he never had before. He did it multiple times when burtsting past a defensive SWFC player and when defending against SWFC player.
He then has an engine to last 90 minutes getting up and down which Billy has noted.
I wouldn't be surprised to see him nail down that position.
In my opinion that's a benefit from playing deeper, you get a little more space to run into and people track you a little less.
Re: Lansbury being the new Cohen, I agree that they're similar in their efforts, but there will be a time Henri will be out of form or tired and Cohen will be perfect to replace him.
I think Cohen is useful at left-back. But we still need a specialist there in my opinion, ideally with some pace.

Nothing to do with more space, players were on him and he just easily went by them. I reckon it was more strengthening and conditioning work being done in his time out. Come back with that burst off the mark. Definitely can be the solution to the LT problem.
Can't agree i'm afraid. Nothing personal. I mostly play full-back myself, but also centre-mid on occasion, and sometimes during games i'll switch from centre-mid to full-back, and there is a noticible difference in how the pitch opens up to you. It makes it easier to beat a man and attack often.
One thing in particular that I think helps this, especially with our side at the minute, is that players show inside to force congestion in the middle of the pitch, doing that leaves even more space for the full-backs to get into and I think that can certainly give off the impression that a person may seem more 'speedy' and dynamic. I personally believe that's why Cohen is having such success.
