What's the news on the Tyson injury?

...saying that... our 3rd goal was excellent (though Mcgugan being unmarked may have something to do with the same defender).

God, look at those awful touches and control by Tyson! League 1 at best.

Their defender at the back post in the first goal is a joker. What was he doing?

Following whoever it was who made the run through the middle. That was the guy who got sent off as well!

Should be OK - friend of a friend saw him in the tunnel last night and he said it was only a bit of bruising. Also seen on SSN today that he should be OK for the weekend

Thanks for posting the goals,, it was good to see them again. The 3rd goal was excellent attacking football.

As for the sending off, if McCall says he didnt see the tackle, why is he saying his player got a touch on the ball?,, what a dickhead

Thanks for posting, the 3rd goal was good team work. That challenge was horrible, was never going to get it!

Thanks alot m8 brilliant.....just confirms for me that Tyson has to play left wing this season he causes havoc down the flank and pulls defenders out of position cos of his pace....is mckenna the midfield general we've been waiting for i think bd has got the balance right betweem experience and young talent.

keep tys out of trouble with the lino's flag too.

One of the guys at work is a lino and he's told me that its nigh on impossible to keep up with tys and earnie so half the time they have to give the benefit of the doubt to the defender and put their flag up

There was a very dubious offside given in the first half against Tyson when he was clean through on goal,, he missed anyway and so it didnt matter but he left the defenders and linesman standing he was that quick!

I've always wondered that how can you have some 40 year old (not dissing the age by the way ;D) traffic warden try and keep up with thierry Henry for instance?, as you said its impossible it boggles the mind how many goals were deprived of due to this.
Not saying the game should change because of it as that's what footballs all about...the what ifs..maybes and so on :)

Can't be arsed finding my quote from early in the close-season, but it went along the lines of:

Play Tyson on the left wing cos he's very good out there, and leave it to e.g. Blackstock & Earnshaw to ram the goals in from the resulting crosses...

I DO enjoy getting something right occasionally!
