Just listened to Joe Worrall taking to Jim White on Talk sport about Chelsea and also the recent loss of his uncle.

What a brilliant interview - very mature. He obviously comes from a good family and he is a good leader. Dealing with the death of his uncle but playing as he did on Saturday is hugely creditable.

I‘ve been at all the games so far and we should not underestimate his contribution especially his organisational abilities.

The team spirit we have was demonstrated when SC (after the fist pumps) sent Joe to the away fans.

His form since the back end of last season into the start of this has been brilliant, United included.

I don't think enough fans take into account how important leadership is and just how much of that attribute Joe possess. Red Side Of The Trent podcast said he wouldn't have a squad place this season.

Excellent interview when compared to the average “sick as a parrot” “at the end of the day” “over the moon” type football interviews - credit to the interviewer too for not asking inane questions but having great sympathy with Joes situation - Joe sounds just like the type of bloke you’d like in the trenches with you when it gets a bit sticky.

I don‘t know, I listened to that and immediately wanted to go over the top and batter some opponent senseless!

This is exactly what I love about Joe…but I can never decide whether it’s because he doesn’t like to resort to cliches, or if he was just not paying attention during the Forest Academy media training sessions.

Great news. Thoroughly deserved as well, he's improved no end since the start of last season, and is a tremendous captain and representative for the city of Nottingham, delighted the club have continued to invest in him.

On a different note, the website designers really need to do something about the position of the floating Forest badge in the header...

Well deserved, I think he gets used as a scapegaot sometimes due to his mistakes now and again. However he is becoming a much better player than in recent years, can pick out a pass and would put his head on the block for this club.

I for one am very happy hes staying and is part of a regular back 3.
