Not that I believe it, but if this is true, the juxtaposition between Price lambasting the previous regime's wasting of wages on Miller with his own wasting of wages on Chalobah is hilarious.

Its a little different though isnt it? Miller is a mistake we will have been saddled with for 3 years, costing millions of pounds in transfer fees and wages.

Chalobah is a short term mistake, that can be rectified in a couple of weeks anyway. Plus, in that short time he has scored almost as many goals in 2 and a half months as Miller has scored for us in nearly 3 years.

After reading through I would be very surprised if someone in such a senior position would tell a random all that information, doesn't seem like the smartest way of running a football club!

I agree with you on it not being professional, Price does need to reign it in.

Hi Erik, it just seems so totally and utterly unlikely.
To move the Club forward the top people need to confine their thoughts like those in the article to the Boardroom.
I know football is populated with business people whose common sense quotient is inversely proportional to their wealth, but if this is genuine then I reckon Fawaz would pretty soon show him the rough end of a pineapple.
Fawaz is the man whose money is at risk; he seems to be a guy who has the balls to act swiftly and decisively.
I just don't think the whole scenario is credible.

If Jim Price has expressed those sort of opinions about people who are, essentially, his employees, to a 3rd party, knowing that they'll end up in the public domain then, frankly, on careful consideration he needs to be summarily dismissed from the club and run out of the County boundary, but only after we've fished him out of the River Trent.
