They have clearly made what they believe to be a very good offer to the club; the inference is that the club are perhaps instead, chasing the money, which (typically) means gambling sponsors, as they tend to pay the most, bar the lucrative deals available to the five or six largest clubs.

I read they will be in around 3 years time, it's still legal now but they advising clubs not to go with any new betting sponsors. It's probably why it's taking so long with Forest to find a non betting company who will pay what they are asking.
