Can you get them without the sponsor ?
And you are correct.Don’t think so.
The markup on football shirts is something like 90%, if I remember rightly.Still spitting that I bought the home shirt for full wack at £75. Ended up getting the Away, Third and the Training Top elsewhere for less than the home shirt combined. No shitty Kaiyun Sports on it either.
Annoying getting bombarded with deals for kits being like £20 every week at the moment. If you can afford to sell off the remaining stock at £20, you didn't need to charge almost four times that, 8 months ago did you Forest?
That's retail 101 though. If they don't get rid of shirts over the next few weeks for whatever they can get for them, they will be left with a loss on a bunch of stock they've bought that won't sell.Still spitting that I bought the home shirt for full wack at £75. I'm sure that most of the profit goes to Adidas doesn't it? And they set the prices I believe too.The markup on football shirts is something like 90%, if I remember rightly.
So if Forest were charging 75 quid, a shirt was costing them 7.50 or thereabouts. So at 20 quid, they’re still making a decent profit.
And there's still over 2 months to go before the next PSR deadline, imagine what they will be selling off on the cheap by then.Hang on I've only had 3 emails from Forest in the last 24 hours and only about 18 in the last week.
While we sometimes criticise the club for being crap at marketing, there is, Forest, and I'm talking to you here, such a thing as "a bit too much"...
A keeper free with every full kit purchase? And there's still over 2 months to go before the next PSR deadline, imagine what they will be selling off on the cheap by then.
I'm holding out for the DVD of Vlachula's Greatest Saves (Director's Cut)A keeper free with every full kit purchase?

„Shock News today from Nottingham Forest, as one lucky supporter purchases set-piece coach Simon Rusk for £3m, in an effort to offset the clubs‘ losses. And there's still over 2 months to go before the next PSR deadline, imagine what they will be selling off on the cheap by then.
I'm sure that Randall said in one of his interviews shortly after the Adidas deal that Forest make about £7-8 on each shirt. This is when they were priced at £75I'm sure that most of the profit goes to Adidas doesn't it? And they set the prices I believe too.
If so that would be an awful deal. Sports Direct are currently going through a tribunal over rights to sell Newcastle kit. It was stated in that, that they pay £16.55 for Premier League Adidas shirts.I'm sure that Randall said in one of his interviews shortly after the Adidas deal that Forest make about £7-8 on each shirt. Apparently there was no increase or decrease in the amount Forest take on each kit compared to Macron. The benefit will be in the huge number of increased sales generated from having Adidas as opposed to MacronIf so that would be an awful deal. And as an added benefit, the Adidas shirts actually fit nicely, unlike Macron, which only fit if you have a body-shape like a Dairylea Triangle.Apparently there was no increase or decrease in the amount Forest take on each kit compared to Macron.
