One thing I would note about the Trcay Crouch interview, she said nothing about the new Regulator would change anything about the Man City case. That would still be the jurisdiction on the EPL.

Similar to what I posted about having clear and defined rules along with clear and defined sanctions/punishments for every single breach.

Regarding the fines I believe there should be a slight change in that too. I believe a similar system they have in relation to driving fines would be better. This is done on a band basis relative to income, the higher your income, the more you pay. The current one size fits all fining system doesn't work as a £20M fine would affect Man City in the same way it would Bournemouth for example.
Absolutely - that's why I wrote fines should be of a scale, should have been clearer and suggesting as part of a scale. Essentially though its required and we wait and see..

Strikes me it's all a bit VAR. Still subjective unless the rules are clear. As usual in legal lingo it won't be so lawyers on both sides can make their jam on it.

Can't retrospectively change the rules/regulation.
