When a youngster is invited to the academy how does it work? How much time do they put in at the academy per week? How many are there and from what age groups? What about their regular school work? Does Forest help with that by offering non football classes? Do they spend weekends at "camps" with Forest staff?
Other than reading that certain players are academy graduates I know nothing of what that entails and would appreciate some clarification.
