Logged in at 09:25, get on to the website about 10 past 10. No seats available.

I think unless your one of the first 1000 in the queue you ain’t got a chance as the club give away loads and it seems the average ticket sold per transaction is 2/3.

I’ve only been going to away games for 14 years though so I shouldn’t expect anything from the club.

Similar story.

In the queue at 09:26 (as I had the cheek to be sharing screen at work so couldn't login earlier).

No tickets.

That'll be the grand total of one away game I've managed to get tickets for this season (which I didn't even get to go to).

this ticket situation is getting boring now.
Yeah last few times I've spent an hour or so trying to refresh.

Today I'd given up by 20 past.

I won't bother with away membership next year at this rate. Just not worth the hassle.

Same here, I gave up at 10 past today where previous weeks I’d been refreshing for ages.

Well,I've been travelling away for 51 years and followed the club for 56.
I logged in at 9.50 (having been told by the club not to log in too early)-only to find there's no realistic
of getting a ticket.
Pretty poor to be honest-especially as you can be almost certain some of those obtaining tickets were
nowhere near an away ground when we were really struggling.

The reality is you need to login at 09:20 on the dot.

You miss it either way by even a couple of minutes and you have no chance.

Which immediately means hundreds if not thousands of people who bought away membership this year will have zero chance of ever getting a ticket, simply because 09:20 on the dot might not be a time they can do.

Poor.

Easily resolved with a ballot system.

That's one more than I've even been allowed to try and get a ticket for owing to the closed shop membership scheme.......

if your busy at work and can’t take a few minutes to join the queue the second it starts you’ve had it basically.
It would also be helpful to know in advance that you have to join the queue at around 9.20 to have a chance.
This farce is particularly galling to me as I live in Leicestershire and can't get a ticket (despite being an
away member since the scheme started around 2004).

Well I logged on at 25 past and was only 267 in the queue. Amazingly at 10 I got in selected 2 tickets and paid. I have followed this procedure for nearly every game without success so it must be down to pot luck.
I've had no confirmation email though.

It’s not worth the stress. Get yourself over to Meadow Lane. Can buy a ticket at the last minute no problem. Great atmosphere and the quality of football is decent.
Plus your team will have a chance of winning :-D
Forget the private members club of NFFC it’s just not worth it.

Such is the demand for tickets, that I'm sure whatever system is instituted, someone will be disappointed and will have a perfectly valid reason why it's all wrong.

I'm of the generation, as I'm sure many on here are, that you sat in the pub on a Saturday lunchtime and said, "Let's go to the game this afternoon", and that was it.

I'm reminded of the current lying in state of the Queen in Westminster Hall. When Winston Churchill was lying in state there, the queue was also massive, but, as I was working in Scotland Yard at the time, we just wandered up to the door of the Hall, showed our passes to the coppers on duty and went to the head of the queue. Life just ain't fair.

That sir is an abuse of position.

Still a handful of Villa tickets available a whole day after they were made available to bronze. Is this the first time this has been the case?

Yes. Probably more than a handful too - 80-90 maybe, as of 5 mins ago.

The plus side of being shit is that maybe I'll get to an away game finally.

Part of the reason that the Villa tickets are available is because we're playing awful at the moment.
Pretty easy to remember how fickle and plastic how fan base is when things aren't going well.

The game is on television AND the tickets are £35.
It's literally the same pricing for Liverpool, work that one out.

Got my tickets for both, I must be mental.

Just when I thought the ticket office couldn't get any worse...
Message late afternoon from daughter to say she couldn't go. As so many friends want to go using the ticket wasn't a problem. Left work early made the hour and a half journey to arrive at half 6. I get to ticket office to upgrade to see a sign " no upgrades after 5 oclock"
Go into office to explain situation, distance travelled etc to be told nothing could be done. When asked why reason given was that it was out of his hands and they were busy due to the queen's passing (work that one out...) I pointed out there were 4 people in the ticket office, nobody queuing at all but again all I got was that it was out of his hands. He said I should have made a phone call but I explained I thought we were there in good time so shouldn't have needed to ring. I then asked if I could do it online knowing full well the hopeless system can't handle something so complex. No response to that.
Another member of staff comes over agrees it's stupid but confirms there's nothing they can do and made it quite clear that the club are doing all they can to stop upgrades. These two robots had no customer service skills whatsoever and we're just rolling out the same message the club had programmed into them earlier.
We left thinking my friend was going to end up listening in the car but fortunately the bloke on the turnstile was a human, understood totally and let him in as an under 18. It appears they haven't got round to programming the turnstile operators yet but no doubt it won't be long
Be warned people they really are doing everything they can to stop upgrades, they would rather have empty seats.
I don't usually rant on here but last night tipped me over the edge, absolutely appalling service.

This Premier League and everything that goes with it is a lot more stressful than I remember it being last time.
