Also,in the welcome (your name) box on the log in page it says you have no upcoming matches…I’ve got a season card!!

Has anyone actually received there home/ away memberships yet? Also how does ticketing work ? I purchased a West Ham ticket . Will I get a ticket? Or will it be loaded to the card

You don't get a card for home/away memberships, or do you mean is it showing on our accounts?
What did you pick at checkout for Westham it won't go on a card though as only season card holders have cards.

Oh don’t we , it is just when I purchased my silver membership the man said I should receive shortly . Will I just get the tickets posted then ?
The memberships are essentially a tick on your account saying you have a silver membership.
For the tickets I'd assume youl get them in the post, unless you opted for digital/print at home, that one I can't really help you with. Check your emails though, if they sent you a receipt it tells you on there what you should get.

Yep proper shitty that is selling tickets to some super fan who for loads of different reasons out of their hands hasn't been to an away game (bar Wembley) since 1999.

It's the same point shag, im agreeing with you...the tickets should be going to someone who went through all the shitty away games we've had to endure over the last 20 years or so not some one for who money is no object whilst somebody else, another Forest fan is making a profit off Mr moneybags

Do we know if anymore has even said about upgrading tickets? There was a lot of commotion last week as it was rumoured that it was being scrapped but that changed to being permitted but you needed to do it online and only to other members in your group. I understood an announcement was going to be made this week but I haven't seen anything
Good news I believe.
I called this morning to sort out Everton tickets away and I asked about upgrades.
The system hasn’t changed and you can upgrade - the system will change at some future point to allow upgrades on line.
My brother has managed to upgrade a ticket for West Ham today - paid a small price to convert from over 75 to adult.

Thanks for this, the old fella I go with is away and promised my daughter his ticket. She'd be devastated if she couldn't go. I'll ring the office Thursday, it'll be silly tomorrow with the inevitable chaos when Everton tickets get released.
