It says the Pro Members are automatically enrolled?
I assume they don’t have to do anything then and the rest have to pay?
How do they know where they are on the list?
Pro higher or all equal?
Does it go on your history?
It’s all going to get very very messy when the renewal prices are announced.
I know someone on the Spurs waiting list (he’s family what can you do 😆?) and he knows exactly what number he is in the queue (like 25 thousand or something daft), and it drops a tiny amount each year.

From memory it’s 20k season ticket holders and 22k members. Add on away fans and that’s where the 50k stadium requirement came from along with top half of table 50k +, bottom half of table 20-25k.

Join for £10 ? FFS how about encouraging people to join for the long haul rather than indulging in the crass monetisation of everything they can think of.

I really hate this club some times.

The £10 makes me not want to apply for the waiting list - unfortunately the only person who'll lose out from that boycott is me

Pro and plus certainly limited - I think people have made a rough estimate but can’t remember what exactly.

Don’t think the ‘basic’ membership was limited. Would be interesting to know how many of those have been sold. Can still get them I think.
Worked out at 23k based upon the pieces of information that Randall mentioned in his interview 8 months ago

Feel dirty purchasing a place ina very long queue. 10 quid for administration using the same software as they use for online tickets which have no admin fee.

Head of revenue will go to bed laughing tonight

I dunno really. Playing devils advocate, If it stops timewasters/bots signing up for the f*** of it and clogging up the system then a fairly nominal £10 fee does it's job.

Like the memberships though it would sit a lot better if it was a deposit on next purchase/purchases though rather just a straight payment. That might actually cost them some money to administrate though 😂.

There's actually a way around the "administration" fee but it would take a fan effort to get it knocked on the head. You can charge whatever you want as administration charge but you can actually request anything over £5 back if you put it in writing.

Regulators said that £5 was seen as a fair charge for an administrative fee and that that although their was no limit to what could be charged, consumers would be entitled to a refund of the balance if they requested it in writing.

Overwhelming the club with refund requests would hopefully be more trouble than it's worth in the future.

Sometimes?

They’re frankly pissing away all the goodwill built up under the reign of Steve Cooper.

It’s embarrassing.

In my experience, there is nothing LTLF likes more, and nothing LTLF is better at, than getting involved in online things..........

Thank you for your interest in our season card waiting list scheme. Please find attached your £5 refund. You are now 104,869th in line for a season card. Have a nice day!

Hang on….

…so the cheeky f***ers want you to pay ten quid, for the privilege of being added to a list somewhere that - given current capacity constraints - is very unlikely to net you a season ticket for many years, if ever?

That’s a tidy little racket, isn’t it?

Do any other clubs charge for this?
I know Leeds have a paid waiting list.......and our new Commercial Manager has just come from.........?

Terms and conditions item 1. Appears a pro member who goes to most games will be nearer the top of the list. I feel for the myforest members who maybe aren’t as clued up as others who, if we remain in the prem, might be wasting another £10 on very little chance of being offered a SC.

I'd be interested to hear how far back they do booking history. A lot haven't been able to get many tickets the past 2 years who may have gone regularly during the dark times in champs and L1

Good point.

Remember, Forest have changed booking systems - and lost all your previous history - at least twice in the last few years, so I would be astonished if said „history“ goes back more than 3-4 years, if that.

Agreed. And as usual with these sort of releases from the club, lacking the relevant detail to make an informed decision.
