Still getting "This event is not yet available to you" for Brighton away. Shouldn't I be in a queue by now, less than ten minutes before tickets go on sale?

They're apparently on sale now, but every time I click through to the purchase page, there are 0 tickets available.

That means they have sold out.

How familiar are you with the ticketing system? If your first rodeo, it is pretty shambolic, welcome to the party 😁

I expect they only had a handful left. I would keep checking over the weekend and midweek as bound to be returns for this one.

Somewhat, I've managed to buy tickets a couple of times this season. Yeah I guess they're sold out, but sometimes if you keep refreshing you get lucky I've found. Not tried buying away tickets before though.

Would be high demand as Away games to do not make sale outside the away members very often, maybe twice a season if lucky and then are awkward kick off times.

Does not help that probably could have been 50 tickets available with 2,000 people trying to get them.

Appears that Brighton tickets did become available to all members at 10am .
But as there were more members than available tickets, it sold out quickly.
It's a replica of the scramble that away members go through more generally.
Those without tickets who are still interested in going should keep an eye on the site particularly a couple of days before the game, as random tickets often appear, after sponsors and players have made ther requests

I have Pro-membership and I was looking for a Brighton ticket. Logged in at 9:45am and kept refreshing the page at 10am. Got taken to the actual event and there were no tickets available. I was only looking for 1 ticket and after a minute or so, a ticket became available; I was able to navigate through to payment and everything was all secured by 10:05am. It was relatively easy for me, but I was only after one ticket and should imagine it would be harder if anyone was after 2.

Not sure how many went on sale and with the club opening it up to all members, as opposed to making it tiered, it would mean that some people would have missed out. As a pro-member, it does sometimes frustrate me that all members get lumped together, however on the 2 occasions that this has happened (Man U and Brighton), I've still managed to secure a ticket.

Going to be interesting to see how they manage it next year. Wouldn't be surprised if all membership categories increase; Pro Membership will be a three figure sum, which seems expensive, but if people will pay it, they will ask for it.

I did exactly the same, twice got to a page saying there was a ticket available, but by the time I selected the category of ticket it was gone.

It depends which division we are in I guess.

I logged on and got a message flash up saying:
“If you are after information about Bryn’s season ticket, it should be posted next week. For all other tickets press continue”.

Quick question about tickets. I'm trying get get 2 tickets for me and my old man for the utd game. I'm a home member and I bought tickets for us both for the previous cup game when they reached general sale. My old man isn't a member but I did assign the ticket to him for the game. Should this count as booking history for him? It won't let me assign a ticket to him currently despite it being open to supporters with a 23-24 booking history.

It should as I'm having the same problem for a mate I bought a ticket for against Southampton last year (assigned to his number)

but this is Forest so it obviously doesn't work

The person sat next to me at work is having the same problem, they went to both FA cup games prior to this so have the history

Looks like they've fixed it, just after I get through to the ticket office. Typical. Issue was for history it's a higher price but the higher price options weren't showing up but they are there now

That makes more sense than what the lady at the ticket office said to me. I'm still not sure what she was trying to explain. But she did sort it!

This is Forest.

You‘d get „priority access“ to a rusty portakabin in the Peter Taylor Stand car park for ten minutes, pre-match, where you get to see a disinterested teenager tear the ring-pull off a warm can of Carling for you.

Only if you're lucky enough to secure the entry tickets in a pointless Wednesday morning online queue.

Man U made it to general sale but now limited tickets remain - so should sell out

Looks like the pricing was right - managing demand while giving opportunity for more people to attend a game with supposedly better quality opposition.

I think bigger price differences between the better and lesser quality seats is a good thing - particularly for games like this - £25 to see Man U is fair. If season ticket holders think it's too pricey - fine - giver your seat to someone who doesn't usually get to go.

And is a good riposte to those that think it's a bit of a closed shop.

£25 is fair but then someone sat a couple of blocks away is paying £45 and can't see the corners because a pillar is in the way.

Of course it doesn't, how do the club know who you bought the ticket for if you assigned it to yourself.

It will just show on their system that your number bought 2 tickets from the 4 you were allowed to.

I honestly don't get the high pricing for the upper BC stand though, it's absolutely shite up there
