I'm sure it would. We'd do well to sell 9k for a 4th Round FA Cup away game.
That’s because it was our first (and at the time possibly last!) visit to The Emirates.
There’s always more interest when we visit a new stadium.
Yeah West Ham away we could win, but we probably won’t. This would potentially be our 3rd visit in 10 months, it’s a shit ground. I just don’t think it is that much of an attraction. I’d be absolutely amazed if we sold anywhere near 9k. I think 6k tops tbh. I certainly think anyone who wants one will get one.

Today is a good day :)
I forgot to log on this morning to try and bag a couple of Newcastle tickets. So, about half an hour ago I logged in expecting to see a barren ticket wasteland, BUT within the total grey there were a pair up in BC - get in!!!!!!!!!!!!

Results might influence - eg 3 points @ Brentford would positively affect interest.

True. 9k is a lot to take to an away game against a team in the same division, that we visit regularly now. For Bristol it was probably a first chance, it’s in London, they tend to have a fanbase like that anyway who turn up once in a blue moon for a trip away and disappear again for years.

Well we wont sell 9k at West Ham if we both get through in the cup as it is on Friday night now. I am sure attendance FC down the A52 will be keeping an eye on that if do get them.

Blackburn v Wrexham is an absolute joke of a tv pick
In fairness, it's on BBC Wales. and given the Newport game has been picked up by BBC1
and the Swansea game on SC4-(not sure why its subject to final confirmation? maybe Bournemouth are concerned it's going to be a windy day?)
it's there only choice.

I didn’t realise that. Fair enough I suppose if that is the reason. Aside from the Hollywood thing is is an uninspiring draw.

Jump the queue? I never saw a queue forming when we were utter dogshit-it’s just that now we have hit a
decent run of form that interest has rocketed(there was previously little point of buying an away membership unless you were desperate to watch the ‘El Crapico’ at Pride Park).
I think the club should support long term away members(who supported the club in the bad days)-even
if they now attend less away games than the ‘we are Premier League’ brigade.
My eldest son & I have had away memberships for as long as I can remember & like you I’m of the opinion that as we travelled the length & breadth of the country when we were shit we deserve the ‘reward’ of seeing us in the PL. We don’t even attempt to get tickets for every game.……so I think I’d put a cap on the number of away games you get tickets for. But that wouldn’t work for everybody.

Has anyone has this message before when trying to log on to the ticket site?

I got this last night after logging in and out using different accounts.
After your post I decided to log in and check it had cleared.
I clicked on the Brentford tickets to make sure and got in and managed to get two.
Thank you Morpeth 👍

Did the new, much-vaunted e-cal alert anyone to this yet?

There are still Brizzle tickets available for away members. So it should make it to season ticket holders at least this afternoon.

Note - adult tickets for season ticket holders are £10 (not the £15 general price)

Don't be daft like me and click on the first adult row and pay over the odds. Mind, you would have thought they wouldn't permit general prices to be charged until they are avaliable to non season ticket holders.

Still. Should know better by now.

I also paid £31 for two adult tickets when we've obviously got season tickets in order to be able to have away membership in order to be able to buy in this window.

I suppose it covers a few keyrings...

Half the group I travel with did the same thing. We're requesting a refund of the difference.
As you say, you have to be a season ticket holder to purchase a ticket - so shouldn't put the higher price on sale.
We've technically bought tickets we're not eligible for.

Called the Ticket Office and they refunded the difference with zero pain or hurdles, so credit where it's due and thank you Forest.

Also £10 for an adult ticket is rather good value in this day and age.

Similar problem.
Requested refund via email.
Told to ring or visit ticket office personally.
No issue - but just grabbed first tickets available ( a little misleading really ).

I've just fallen for that too, couldn't work out what the codes were so just picked what I could, at £15 I was still happy.
