Was considering trying to get an away membership for me and my brother, but having saw the chaos today I perhaps won't bother.

Thankfully I have a season ticket so don't need to go through this for home games at least!

For what it’s worth, queue-it.net is an external service that specialises in these sorts of „front end“ queue systems (my local side use them also for ticketing).

If your „countdown“ stops, don’t close your browser or try frantically reloading the Page, usually it’ll magically spring back to life in a few minutes.
