I think it was that Omar Richards was expected to make a return to the squad and then broke down in training again meaning we only had Lodi as a leftback........

And also its Anderlecht who can get bent anyway.

Have to say the same with people who suffer from addictive personalities.

I've had my own issues with drink not gambling.
Didn't think I had a problem until earlier last year.
Stopped for a while and sort out help.
Hadn't had a drink for over 2 weeks, which was the longest period in my life since I was 22, but SC was let go so had to get shit faced that night which I did.

I've not touched a drop since but it really is down to a team of people who are ex addicts and ex drinkers that are providing support who are attached to Cardiff and Vale Drug & Alcohol Services.

So I have massive respect for Harry to want to do what he is doing.

Well done you, and massive respect too. The biggest step you made was admitting you had a problem. Keep up the good work pal.

I have a very close friend that suffered alcohol addiction. Last December was his second year away from the grog. We text each other everyday, I do my best to keep him upbeat and give him encouragement when he's on a downer.
