Maybe Marinakis should talk to Rexall Owner Darryl Katz, who negotiated an incredible deal for the new state of the art Rogers Place in Edmonton. The total cost was 483.5 million. The City ponied up for $226 million, and Katz paid $132.5 million towards it BUT $112.8 million was rent money spread over 35 years. The ace Katz played was the usual---threaten to move the team to another city in the USA. Athens Forest anyone?

The women's team play their fixtures in Long Eaton now. Can't imagine they'll get a better deal from Derbyshire County Council, given they're 30 odd million in a hole and can't even afford tea bags at meetings. Levelling up!
