Seen a few comments on the Sheff Utd forum "I hope one of our coked up fans chins one of their sub" etc etc, very aggressive/violent comments. You know i've actually heard a few stories of Sheff Utd away in recent years, people getting glassed unprovoked etc etc. Seems to not only be a theme with us but other clubs at Brammall Lane aswell.

What's going on there? I get there's a rivalry but wouldn't expect to see that many of those type of comments, you don't really see those when we play Derby

I know I saw the same, expected no different from a bunch of thugs. Heckingarse & McBurnie leading by example no doubt, f***ing criminals.

I would love to stuff them & MGW to do it.

It tizwas it is
It seems like the fixture computer has tried to purposely recreate our form of last season with those opening fixtures you can’t see any other than Home results and Away losses, unless we start losing at home.

It's been the same there for last 3-4 times I've been. Especially the last 2. We had Sheffield United fans storm the away end up the stairs and fight Forest fans in the away game in February, then outside the ground once again fighting. In the Play off game me and my brother were both punched right outside the ground, bottles were flying all over the place from the pub across the road and I even saw a United fan punch another United fan square on the nose. It's always utter carnage all the way back to the station and the Police just stand and film it. I'd also be a very rich man if I was paid a pound every time you heard the word Scab 🤣

The resemblance of dates and times of fixtures in reality will be well different to the fantasy version published today.

(What's the run-in look like?).

Bloody tough first four away fixtures there!

At least it'll get them out of the way I guess
Yeah getting them out the way early is fine I think. Looking towards the end of the season where you really need to push on will be much more favourable for us. Just hoping the hallmarks of our away form picking up at the back end up last season continue.

To play devil's advocate, the last time we played one of our shitheads headbutted Billy Sharp. You'd probably see similar comments on here if they'd done that to one of our players.

Ah yeah, somehow forgot about that incident,

We quickly condemned it though and even set up a fund for Billy Sharp's charity. Lets say that happened to, I don't know, Joe Lolley or something at an away ground with supporters not known for violence and it was condemned widely. I really don't think i'd see a flurry of comments on here and elsewhere online almost encouraging violence.

Doesn't seem to be a one off with them either, I think the volume of the comments surprised me. I think a comment like that would quickly get called out on here,

But get where you are coming from

f*** em, Heckingbottom and their thug players spent all game provoking the crowd, kicking our players to bits, assaulting our players, and brought injured players along to start fights from the touchline.

The way they acted that night was a disgrace and nothing but thuggish behaviour.

The fossil that headbutted Sharp was a prat, but the way they acted that night was equally as disgraceful.

First 4 home matches are all 3 promoted sides and our new nemesis Brentford!
lots of crucial matches front end, can’t get smashed too badly in the away ones but need the home ones to be wins…

Heckingwotsit should have received a lengthy ban for his attack on Spence. That was genuinely disgraceful.

I'm a bit worried about the run in.

Last 2 home games against Man City and Chelsea, with 3 potentially 6-pointer games away from home.

Really hoping we can get clear of danger before then!

Burnley at home is also the One Day Cup Final at TB.

I thought the fixture computer was supposed to avoid these clashes?

As Saturday games can be played any time from Thursday to Tuesday then I don't think it matters so much ...

Also remember, McBurnie was photographed with his genitals embedded into the hose of a vacuum cleaner.

Clearly the actions of an absolute wrong ‚un.

We'll see those Europa matches moved to the Sunday, maybe Monday.
