I'm coming to the conclusion that most traditionally trained football managers are shit. Too many tactics and too much media training that they don't know what to do with it.. I'm now convinced that Dougie is going to be shit, bringing in players over the summer that we really didn't need whilst neglecting gaping holes in the team. Persevering with shockingly defensive football even at home to a club a league lower than us.
