That’s back when it was the old Neckarstadion. It’s changed a bit since then - the running track has gone, for one thing.
RIP Stuttgart

Adrien Brody?Who will be the actor playing Gareth?
Benedict Cumberpatch gets my vote.
It's the nose isnt it..Adrien Brody?
I can neither confirm nor deny any involvement of „Der Kaiser“.
I can however tell you that Euro2024 will be brilliantly organised and will feature modern, comfortable stadia with excellent transport links, friendly home fans (unless Germany are playing the Dutch) and cheap and plentiful food and Bier.
Stuttgart is a host-City, and preparations have started already with work at the Mercedes-Benz Arena and the surrounding area due to start next year.
You'll be wrong then, because we're going to win it.
Gareth's epic Euro semi final shoot out win redemption will be turned into a movie.
I'm sure it would be a well organised and enjoyable tournament, Germany have history of hosting excellent sporting events although the 1972 Munich Olympics wouldn't really go down as a roaring success.
Only Germany and Turkey actually bid for Euro 2024 though

One historical titbit:
The Events of the München Olympiad and the perceived failure of the Police to deal with the terrorist threat led to the immediate formation in September that year of the elite GSG-9 unit within the Bundespolizei, which is now recognised as one of the worlds‘ best anti-terrorist groups.

It wasn’t a perceived failure it was a complete & utter f*** up
Yes, yes it was.
But what happened actually has now led to a significantly better response to terrorism offences in Germany.

I do think Saarfgate is a bit of a doormat, he just doesn't come across with any nasty streak.
Same as a player. Too nice.
Watching England is like watching Forest with all those defensive midfielders crammed in to the team
Boring f***ing snoring
