Pretty much. Watford will be resigned to losing him so it makes sense for them to publicise his availability. Try to get a bidding war going to grab as much as possible.
Need to move quickly then if we’re serious, not least because Watford won’t want to sell other players that clubs will be looking to tap up (whether that remains in Watford’s hands or not is another matter).

Read an article saying West ham are out of the running after Moyes has done background checks on him - makes a loan more sensible I suppose though whether that's realistic who knows?

This smells of a player rejecting a team's advances and thus the team decided to proactively write a narrative.

I'm intrigued by the background checks, do West Ham only take on players with excellent credit scores?

Weren't Experian our sponsors at some point?

Funny about his attitude problems - he apparently likes a certain seat on the bus and got caught speeding: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.pu...super-eagles-star-emmanuel-dennis/mf3sz84.amp

The most impressive thing on here is that he was involved in almost half Watford's pl goals last year - 45%

No.

Eric Barnes, the deputy chairman at GUS who owned Experian, was at one-time owner of about 6% of the club's shares and on our board. But Experian were never a sponsor.

Sponsors were in order of appearance: Panasonic, Wrangler, Skol, Home Ales, Shipstones, Labatt's, Pinnacle, Capital One, Victor Chandler, John Pye Auctions, Fawaz Refrigeration and Air-conditioning, 888 Sport, BetBright, Football Index, BOXT

Ah, I'm mixing them up with pinnacle I think. Thanks!

This from a club that stood by a player who kicked f*** out of his cat in front of his young son
Hilariously, after he copped a ball straight to the chops that knocked him over during last weekends‘ match, Zouma was serenaded with a chorus of: „That‘s how your cat feels!“ from the watching supporters.

Got mate who’s big Watford fan-he said that Sarr hasn’t played for 2 years-says not a great buy.
I remember when he came down to champ level last time and was going to rip it up because he was way too good. He didn't.

Edit: looking at his stats he got 13 goals and 1 assist, so didn't do too badly.

The more I think about this one, the more I think it's agent fodder to try and force a hand elsewhere - I wonder if the Marseille guy is more up our street for various reasons (see Cornet), though I suppose his compatriot being here might help?
