Derby kick off time

Does anyone think that the kick off time of the Derby match will be revised ?

1:15pm seems a strange time considering the Robin Hood half marathon starts at 9:30am and ends on the Victoria Embankment. Surely some of the participants that aren't up to olympic standard will only just be arriving at the finish line at that time.

Half marathon will have to be revised as the game is on SKY.

It will cause the police one hell of a headache.

I signed up to running the half marathon thinking that they'd never allow a Forest home game on the same day. Lo and behold Sky change Itto clash. Will it be possible to run the half marathon and get over to the city ground in time for kick off?

Me too. Except I'm walking as I'd probably have an angina attack if I tried to run it. Can't back out as I'm doing it for the school PTA, and it's already been announced in the latest school newsletter and school website.

Yes, you should comfortably be able to run it and make the match. I'll just have to walk faster. Or find a shortcut and do the rest of it after the match.

At least the Robin Hood race won't run behind the back of the Trent End for the first time this year. You would have had fans coming straight out tanked up ready for the most anticipated game of every season straight into the path of marathoners on their twenty-sixth mile.

Oh bugger, I thought it was only a half marathon. Think I'll start on the 23rd September.

Then I remembered that I'll have just have run 13.2 miles so will be mega dehydrated and proper wanked within an hour whilst saving a few bob.
