Anyone know anything about him. I watch a fair bit of Spanish football but not heard of him.

Played for Córdoba last season.

They got relegated.

But even if he were dead, he'd be better than Fox.

It's all about mid-table...
Bit of a hot head with sound of things but nothing wrong with controlled aggression.

Just don't abuse the officials ! :D

oh who cares, if dougie sees something in him, then he's good enough.

Dougie keeps saying he sees something in Fox. If it's a footballer I wish he could get it out of him.

As for Pinillos, his old manager couldn't have seen much or you would think he would have played him more.

They were relegated and he wasn't played much - http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/dani-pinillos/leistungsdaten/spieler/240039

In the Squad: 20,
Starting eleven: 9,
Substituted in: 3,
On the bench: 8,
Suspended: 5,
Injured: 0
Not even in the squad 18

Is he really good enough?

A 21/22 year old just starting out in his career, playing in La Liga. He fits our criteria of free and cheap, and is no doubt better than Fox. I'd say he's good enough for our mid table 2nd tier side.

Definitely worth a good look at. He's quite a tall guy who I think likes the physical side of the game which makes him ossibly suited to the championship. Hopefully.

I thought it was to test for guilt or innocence. We must take the guilty as we took Fox on loan as a 3 month trial and still took him on,

Fox was woeful during his loan spell. The beginning of the end for BD as less than a month after he joined , forest went on a winless streak that spelt the end of BD. If you watched the highlights of those games , so many of the goals conceeded were a result due through poor defending , crosses not stopped or goals from his side. It baffles me that Fox was signed but all managers eventually tends to leave him out after a while because they would get sick of Fox being the weakest link in the team. God knows what SP was doing when he put him as a centre half.

I tend to think that as a rather decent full back himself, he had recognised what a liability Fox was as a left back and tried to put him somewhere in the side he could do less damage, as he wouldn't be getting dragged all over the place there.

Remember Hobbs and Wilson were both broken at the time too.
