Constructive plan for dealing with the owner

I see a thread hadn't started- so here goes..

I noticed people are thinking of ways to actively peruse the cancer out of our club. People have started boycotting already, and we all know about Stans attempt
Nothing will work without national press coverage.

Any ideas then to reach the front pages?:p

Naked attendance on matchdays? Or should we wait until it's warmed up a bit?

Everyone to wear a suit and a donkey mask, just because you appear respectable it doesn't mean that you're are fit to run a football club.

I should imagine LTLF towers will be getting a call about this thread at some point

From what Stan says and taking into account what I've read elsewhere it appears Fawaz just plans to carry on regardless with the club as if nothing's changed and the fact he isn't popular isn't all that important for him currently anymore.

Until he gets a high price offered for the club he is prepared to gamble that we stay up and bide his time by remaining as owner.

Whether fans can actually force his hand in terms of a sale remains to be seen but doesn't look likely as we've just seen with the JJM takeover attempt.

I don't think it's possible to counteract the general apathy amongst most Forest fans either.

Many are past caring, maybe don't even go to games anymore or can't be bothered with protesting due to feeling it won't make a difference and being a waste of time.

Currently the club's situation is basically out of fans' control and unless things did get a lot worse in terms of the owners behaviour I don't think you'll get any more than a couple of thousand at best protesting.

It may be too late to do anything if shit hits the fan anyway.

Hopefully it would never happen but if we were relegated we might then be put into administration if Fawaz can't or decides he doesn't want to fund the club anymore which would more than likely then see us in league 2.

When you look at the amount of clubs that have entered administration it sure is an eye opener and was surprised to see so many clubs actually have: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Administration_(British_football)

Wow it's only 8 years since Southampton were in administration.

I don't care. From stans letter, things sound like it'll eventually take shape.

Yes I know fawaz has been an idiot for 4 years

Yes he's a BIT late

Better late than f***ing never, close thread.

Seriously tho, useless thread. No offense to OP, but we could talk about this in a another thread that exists already.

Like you could've said this on the "Letter from fawaz" thread. It's whatever, I'm just predicting what the mods would do.

Personally I think he will go in the summer.

We won't be having any more players in apart from loans

We won't have a new gaffer or any staff brought in ie CEO etc

And fawaz will just put all his eggs in the staying up basket then get rid I'd say to the yanks

According to that list 5 clubs went into administration prior to 1992. 50+ since then.

There's got to be a correlation between the number of clubs going into admin and the creation of the Premier League.

So why not sell now and not take a chance on relegation?
