Nottingham Forest would like to respond to concerns raised by a number of supporters over the delivery of their 2017-18 season cards.

To clarify the current position over 15,600 season cards have been posted by the club. A large number have already been delivered and the vast majority of supporters are expected to have received their cards by Wednesday 2 August. The club is very confident that the remainder will be received by Thursday of this week.

In approximately 300 cases season cards have not yet been received by the club. The ticket office is in the process of contacting these supporters directly and informing them of how to obtain their match ticket.

If you are in the highly unlikely position that you have received no season card or paper ticket by Friday you will be issued with a paper ticket for collection. The club will seek to minimise the inconvenience to supporters in this position and will announce the contingency plans for collection of these tickets tomorrow.

We would like to apologise for this situation and please be assured that we are striving to keep these issues to a minimum.

I spoke to the ticket office this afternoon and they said that all the tickets had been posted out.......obviously not the case....

To be honest, out of the 300 still waiting for their tickets, we can probably assume at least 150 of them are going to stay at home to watch Mo either way.

Mine's arrived, but my Dad's hasn't. They're both listed under the same address, both bought at the same time online, and he's listed as friend/family, so surely it would have been simpler to send them both out together...

Got a call at work just now to say that mine has arrived; however my mate has only had one of the two that he ordered (Sawley area)

I just hope they have a dedicated kiosk for the unfortunate 300 or so that have to pick a ticket up Friday.
But you know they won't, you'll either be in the same queue as folk buying tickets on the night, sorting Brentford tickets and god knows what else, OR you'll end up queuing at the back of the B.C. stand with others collecting tickets.

Mines landed this morning.

Good news all round since I was planning a Bill Foster type meltdown at the City Ground on Friday.

Still might happen if you ask for a double whammyburger with cheese at half time.

I'm blaming Fawaz's regime for this mess up.

The final sting in the tail after he's gone.

The new directors not even sat on his chair never mind got his feet under the table yet.

Early days and I've heard the guy actually responsible for ticketing was here under Fawaz.

I wouldn't know how true this is personally but if so needs f***ing off asap.

I can't believe they outsourced the card printing to Pineapple books.

Or they'll have to face them:

I'm the one who wrote it, after some googling: I went to the Who's who section of the official website (Club --> Club contacts), checked the name of the Ticket Office manager (he also has an assistant), and then checked his Linked-in account. He was hired in November 2011 (just before Fawaz), and was promoted in 2014.
