Cancellation procedure for Forest TV subscription?

Apologies for such a boring subject but... I took out a one month audio pass and want to cancel the subscription before the next payment is taken out.
Problem is, although the website and 'My Account' state payments will be taken automatically unless cancelled, there is absolutely nothing explaining how to do this anywhere.
I've spent over an hour and despite an instruction suggesting I should refer to the 'Terms of Use' section - yes you've guessed it, there's sod all in there either.
Any help would be appreciated.
I should add, there is an e-mail for directing technical queries but that's all I can find.

I think you need to email them to unsubscribe. When I had iFollow that was the only way to cancel as far as I'm aware. I'm assuming it'll be the same for Forest TV.

It is ridiculous though. They clearly don't want people unsubscribing so make doing so unnecessarily onerous.

Easiest way to ensure the payment isn't taken is to contact your bank. They will be able to stop future payments.

Thanks for getting in touch and we are sorry to hear your leaving us.

You can cancel or unsubscribe from the service in your My Account section, if you look in the ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION section, there is a CANCEL button. If you click this you will be able to cancel the pass yourself, this will give a cancel date and you will still have access to the service until this cancels off your account. You may not be able to do this via the app, so please log onto a browser to do this.

If you have already had you weekly/ monthly subscription taken for this period, unfortunately we cannot refund this as this is part of your terms and conditions –
Please be advised that three working days’ notice is required for cancellation. Cancellation within this period may result in your account being charged for the next period.


Basically, you need to access the 'My Account' section on your Forest TV and go into your active subscriptions. There is a cancel button and it's really simple once you find that.
For anyone in a similar boat, I could only get this cancel button to show by opening Forest TV in a browser on my Windows 10 home PC. It does not display on my android phone or tablet whether using the app or a browser.
I've wasted well over an hour on this but maybe this will help someone in the future.

You can unsubscribe from iFollow with effect from the end of your monthly Subscription Period (or relevant renewal month) by contacting us at ifollow@efl.com not less than 5 days prior to the date of renewal. Your subscription will continue until the end of the month in which you notify us in accordance with this section and you will continue to be charged for that month.

For future reference if you're using a browser on Android it will be defaulted to mobile browser view. Click the 3 dots in the top corner and you can switch to desktop view. Sometimes Some websites don't always have the functions available in mobile viewing and it saves you having to get the laptop out.

I get where you're coming from... In a moment of weakness I succumbed purely for Carabao Cup commentary as that competition has very limited broadcasting options.
Back on the meds now and feeling slightly optimistic.
