You guys easily better. We should go after Balogun. He looks electric. Reyna has been fantastic. He's a sicknote but a couple of years ago at Dortmund he was real good. I really like Musah, he's an excellent mid. Laryea has been one of our positive players. Davies continues to perform poorly for us. I think Herdsman is not a good enough manager.

I nearly emigrated to Canada years ago after doing an exercise in the mountains in BC, tremendous place. In the days before satellite images or even satellite phones, we had maps almost drawn on the back of a fag packet and compasses, but still got to the target. It was magic.
So I feel that this might be a bit of a lopsided conflict like moneybags Man City against plucky, talented, but ultimately outgunned Brentford.
But I suppose Canada should have a local derby against someone, though the choice is rather restricted.

Pretty well actually. He was one of our few bright spots. Davies and Jonathon David were both dreadful. Larin was poor. Young mid Ismael Kone (Watford) was very good. One could argue Kone and Laryea were our two best players. It is time to replace John Herdman, imho.

Agree. Kone was impressive and Laryea did very well.
I found it interesting that US played better, more free flowing football under a GK Coach than under Berhalter's "system." Also 2 players Berhalter left out in Qatar performed pretty well in Pepi and especially Reyna. Callaghan simply removed the hand brake and let them play. Incredible they rehired Gregg. His stifling tactics and MLS quotas have hurt this team in the past. He's going to have some hard choices to make when he takes over, especially picking a midfield 3 and which one to leave out from Adams, McKennie, Reyna and Musah.
Canada will have to decide whether or not to stick with Herdman. There is a whole lot of talent in that side. I wish my brothers to the north good luck going forward. They are fun to watch.
