Standout in the u20 World Cup by the sounds of it :

The 19-year-old starred at the tournament in Argentina and captained Italy to the final, where they lost 1-0 to Uruguay on Sunday night.

Casadei, who joined Chelsea for £16million from Inter Milan last summer, ended the tournament as top scorer with seven goals from midfield and produced some outstanding displays. He follows in the footsteps of Lionel Messi, Erling Haaland and Sergio Aguero by winning the tournament’s golden boot.

The teenager’s performances have not gone unnoticed at Chelsea and Pochettino will decide whether to include Casadei in his first-team squad for pre-season, with the new boss set to split his squad into two groups.

Forest likely in the market for a CM of his attributes - someone tall and physical but can bring the ball out. Just had a standout performance the U20 WC and he's highly thought of at Chelsea as a good character. Speaks fluent English.

It's the sort of the transfer that makes sense, and Chelsea have rejected Juventus' offer for him today because apparently they're trying to sort out a PL loan for him...

For a Ceasar Salad

INGREDIENTS
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon anchovy paste (see note)
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, from one lemon
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (I like the brand Maille)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise, best quality such as Hellmann's Real
½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add the mayonnaise, Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt and pepper and whisk until well combined. Taste and adjust to your liking. The dressing will keep well in the fridge for about a week.

Note: Anchovy paste can be found near the canned tuna in the supermarket.
