Rumour has it that Danny Ings could be seen training with us in Armand Traore's live instagram feed.

I dont have instagram myself so I cant confirm this.

Instagram live wouldnt actually be a post though would it? its a live feed.

It is when they start a live stream, then he would have to share the stream to let people access it after the fact.

So he could have streamed this - someone with Instagram could go on their app and see if the stream was made available to re-watch.

For now, we need some positive rumours so... All aboard
